FLORIDA ELITE’S

PHILOSOPHY

Florida Elite Gymnastics believes a gymnast coached with excellence is not only developed physically, but mentally. Our program offers supportive classical training to build well rounded athletes with emphasis on foundations and perseverance. This all-encompassing athletic program is designed to help each of our gymnasts cultivate life skills far beyond their gymnastics experience.

Expectations

In all of our programs we desire the very best for each of our athletes. In helping us achieve this we ask that each gymnast honor these four primary guidlines.

The Flight Series

We were honored to have two of our gymnasts featured on the YouTube Documentary, The Flight Series created by Stacey Nash. Watch as they spent a day at practice with Lilly & Danie while these fierce gymnasts prepared for the Nastia Liukin Cup, a competition held for just 36 of the top level 10’s in the entire country.
