OPTIONAL TEAM

Our Optional program builds upon the foundational training in Compulsory gymnastics. Each of our optional level athletes show thorough proficiency of the skill requirement per level as they continue to progress. Our main desire is to safely move each athlete according to their personal development. Several of our Optional gymnasts have succeeded in pursuing Elite careers and NCAA careers.
